These stationary vertical type welders operate with a linear electrode stroke, powered by a pneumatic cylinder. Their robust construction and advanced performance, such as higher welding current and increased electrode pressure, make them more powerful than radial type machines.
The pneumatic cylinder is positioned directly above the electrode holder, which prevents electrode slippage and ensures an accurate and consistent weld. The machine has a fixed working height, but if more space between the electrodes is required, an optional reversible or adjustable cylinder stroke can be added.
